A young couple working for me. they started well at first, and since they promised and doing good as far as I can see, I thought of confronting them but turned out more negatives words came out. Like theyre not ready to listen. But before that happened I offered the girl to work as partner with my plans, but seems like shes changes her decision every now and then like shes not really committed to start a business or maybe not totally commited at having other options. To cut the story short, after a long commotion of the confrontation, it came out from the the partner, man, that they both no longer want to work for me at all. And so my partner and I decided to stop supporting them. I.e. giving them job. I even hehlped them with their financial problem, aside from giving them jobs. Of course I am greatful of the kind of work they done for me. and But am done too much of a drama, with an attitude
